A typical consultation The homeopath will want to know the details of your current problem or concerns, any medical diagnosis you may have and any relevant medical history. There are over 3000 remedies available to a homeopath, and in order to choose the best one for you, some background information about you as a person, as well as your symptoms, will be helpful. Patients report the consultations to be a friendly and sympathetic experience. We listen, we want to know about you and your experience, we want to build a complete picture of you, mentally, emotionally and physically.  CostsThe cost of a consultation at our clinic is £55. Each consultation lasts 1 hour, and includes all homeopathic remedies prescribed for you. Payment is accepted either by cash or cheque.
Herbal tincture costs £10.50 per bottle, which is a complete months supply - these may not be needed every month. Using the tincture can speed up results.
Nutritional supplements - we have carefully chosen supplements available, which are in a "food state" for good absorption. These range between £10-£20, we strongly recommend these as many others can be overpriced or ineffective as the body cant absorb them.
We also have LH strips, which are considerably cheaper than the shops.
Appointments are at monthly intervals, and patients are given sufficient remedies to last the month. We expect positive results within 6 months, and so it is best to allow for 6 monthly treatments.
TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONSAlthough we do have clinics in Plymouth, Exeter and London, we are finding there are people who live too far away to regularly travel to one of our clinics. We do run a telephone consultation service, and the cost of this service is £65. This involves: - Ideally the first meeting face to face so we can meet each other, at least once, however this is not absolutely necessary. Otherwise, we will send a questionnaire to you by email which needs to be completed before the first appointment.
- We will make an appointment time for which you should allow 45 mins, going through the details and history of problems.
- We will post an invoice with the remedies to you, you can settle the invoice by cheque or paypal.
- We will forward a further questionnaire to you detailing what you need to keep a check of as the month progresses. This needs to be returned before our next consultation. Appointments are always booked in advance, and still at approximate monthly intervals.
Other helpful information givenNutritional Supplements
There is a plethora of nutritional supplements, and much confusion over which should be taken. During consultation you will be advised on the best supplements, those which will promote the correct re-absorption of hormones, and help eliminate toxins from the body. Mostly, we have found that people are "over taking" and we can streamline their supplements, so that they are financially better off as well as "popping" fewer pills.
Herbal Support
As part of our holistic approach, we often advise a herbal mixture to be used alongside our homoepathic remedies. Experienced has shown this to shorten the time taken to achieve conception. This combination of herbs is specially made for us by a medical herbalist. |
